The String Quartet, Trio and Duo comprises principals of the London Ensemble, all of

whom are former top, prize-winning graduates of the most prestigious conservatoires.

Smaller string groups such as a duo, trio and quartet are ideal for special occasions including weddings, civil partnerships, parties, black-tie champagne receptions, banquets and corporate functions, and are excellent alternatives to a string orchestra where space is restricted and budgets are smaller. You might also consider a String Quintet (Quartet + Double Bass) or String Octet (Double String Quartet) for extra resonance. Soloists are also available.

For large-scale events a PA and sound engineer can be provided (we suggest that this is a good option for events with 150+ guests). The Quartet, in particular, has a very large repertoire encompassing most styles from classical through to pop and rock, whereas a duo or trio are largely classical-based, but perfect for shorter bookings. Special arrangements can also be made on request if a favourite piece of yours is not in print.

Recent hghlights include the 'Cartier Polo World Cup' in St. Moritz, the 'Palisades Grand Opening' in Dubai, 'Taste of London' in Regent's Park, performances for the Interim Management Dining Club at the Honourable Artillery Company, the 'Pirates of the Caribbean' Premier as well as appearances at Downing Street, Kensington Palace, the Royal Automobile Club, the Royal Society of Arts, the Royal Air Force Club, the Savoy, Claridge's, the Waldorf, the Ritz and the Dorchester for clients including Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan, Diageo, Faber Music, Twickenham Experience, LK Bennett, Dream Events, Habitat, Brand Events, the Evening Standard and Estée Lauder.
