Smaller string groups such as a duo, trio and quartet are ideal for special occasions such as weddings, civil partnerships, parties and champagne receptions, and are excellent alternatives to a string orchestra where space is restricted and budgets are smaller.

The Quartet, in particular, has a very large repertoire encompassing most styles from classical through to pop and rock, whereas a duo or trio are largely classical-based, but perfect for shorter bookings. Special arrangements can also be made on request if a favourite piece of yours is not in print. For large-scale events a PA and sound engineer can be provided (we suggest that this is a good option for events with 150+ guests).

You might also consider a String Quintet (Quartet + Double Bass) or String Octet (Double String Quartet) for extra resonance (soloists are also available).
